Journey

My name is Olena, I am a founder of Olspire and this is my story.

For a long time, I didn’t like change. I craved predictability, structure and clear direction. But life had other plans, and over time I came to understand that while stability may feel comforting, it’s often an illusion.

What is real (and incredibly powerful!) is our ability to adapt, if we’re equipped with the right mindset and tools.

My background is in software, an industry where change is constant and rapid.

It taught me that transformation isn’t just something to get through - it can and should be understood and managed.

That became the thread running through my 20+ years in change-related roles: helping people and organisations make sense of change and find their way through it.

Eventually, I developed a structured, realistic approach that combines change management with insights from neuroscience and psychology.

It brings visibility to what often feels messy or overwhelming. It offers structure without rigidity, flexibility with purpose and empathy grounded in practical strategy.

In 2024, I founded Olspire to share this work with individuals seeking clarity in personal change and with organisations navigating complexity at scale.

I work with businesses as a strategic partner, addressing resistance, misalignment and lack of change ownership.

For individuals, I offer 1:1 support, group programs and self-paced tools grounded in change management, neuroscience, and psychology to guide you toward your desired state through the entire change journey.

Together with the Olspire tech team, we’re launching a data-driven solution for those who need a change but too busy to face it.

Every engagement with Olspire is lead by me, ensuring depth, consistency and a level of trust that comes from real partnership. No handovers, no guesswork.

With Olspire, you'll navigate change with confidence and always know what your next step should be.

What kind of change can I help you with?
