This step includes evaluation of current state, defining desired outcomes, and other change management techniques that help to prepare for the upcoming transition.

It includes evaluation of a number of options on how one could potentially get to the desired state (and there are always options - at least 2!)
Mindset is a critical part of this step.

Experimence

Experimence is a combination of experiment and experience.

It could also be called a pilot project.

At this step the most viable, desirable and achievable options are tried and tested and the best one is selected.​

Rollout

Could be also called "Action & Reflection".

This is the delivery step, where change is implemented as a project, knowing why and where it started, where is it going, and uniting stakeholders around it.
