This step includes evaluation of where you at now, defining desired outcomes, and leveraging relevant change management techniques that help to prepare for the upcoming transition.

It includes evaluation of a number of options on how you could potentially get to the desired state (and there are always options - at least 2!)
Mindset is a critical part of this step.

Experimence ™

Experimence™ is a combination of experiment and experience.

It could be called a pilot project, or a series of actions and reflections.

At this step you try and test the most viable, desirable and achievable options and select the best one.​

Rollout

The "just do it" part!

This is the delivery step, where change is implemented as a project, knowing why and where it started, where is it going, and uniting stakeholders around it.
